Here am giving the details of the post lunch, which was started in the Afternoon session the convention was start with the discussion on the Action Taken Report presented by the Secretary General. All the points was passed unanimously except All India Seniority of the Inspectors. Some circles raised there doubts, how the All India Seniority will be fixed. This point is some what in dark and in confuse hence some zone raised the objection to clarify including Hyderabad Zone .On Seventh Pay Commission Memorandum which has to be submitted by AICEIA on or before 31st July 2014. In preparation to this very important Exercise, a draft memorandum is under preparation by Com.M.Chokkalingam, Joint Secretary(South Zone then) of the AICEIA inputs towards this have been repeatedly sought from all the circles, branches and units of the AICEIA. In this regard, the Hyderabad Circle is the first one who has submitted already, the same was appreciated by the All India Body.
Further as, informed by the All India Body regarding conduct of election and to elect new body of office bearers. The process started and election was conducted in very friendly way and most of the office bearers were elected unanimously without oppose in which one of the Hyderabad Zone office bearer i.e., Shri.B.S.Prasad was also elected unanimously as a Joint Secretary(South Zone). We congratulated our Joint Secretary from bottom of our heart and hope he will be perform his duty sincerely and honestly for the welfare of the South Zone officers.Here the Hyderabad Zone showed unity and gave a chance to Treasurer to work in the All India Body as a Joint Secretary(South Zone) which is happened first time in the history. Further there was a election for some post which took place and selected as per rules. The list of the office bearers will be posted very soon as and when it will be officially published by the All India Body. The new office bearers were welcomed by the old office bearers and zonal members.After that the farewell given to the predecessor with heavy heart and appreciated there work what they have done during their tenure. On 28th the new office bearers took the charge of All India Body and also discussed the present prevailing problems with the All Zonal Office Bearers and gave assurance to solve/redress the problems and grievances with their best efforts and they also promised to discharge their duties towards the association very sincerely and honestly.
